Sometimes “Self-Help” can come in a disguised form. We call them allegories, and to me they’re some of the best ways to find improvement in your life from a book. Your typical self-help book is usually more of a “how-to” book. That’s all well and good. But what I like is to walk away from a book with a feeling that I now see life differently. A book that opens my eyes to different truths. A good story can do that, and below is a listing of some books that have given me exactly that feeling. I hope they do the same for you.
